Allyance F1 awarded as the Best Tasting Carrot by the British Carrot Growers Association

On October 3, 2019, BASF Vegetable seeds introduced its new carrot Allyance F1 (Nantes type) during British Carrot Growers Association (BCGA) Demonstration Day in the United Kingdom. Allyance has been awarded as the Best Tasting Carrot.
Larissa Kamp, Hans Kole and Robert Murison.
Allyance F1 has been trialed on UK farms as part of the introduction of this uniform, bright colored, and great tasting carrot. The positioning for harvest is second early after Laguna F1.

Allyance F1 has been developed to answer the need of the Premium product market. It features:
  • A better quality of seeds, thanks to its high germination.
  • A high resistances package: resistances against Cavity spot, Mildew and Alternaria.
  • An enjoyable product: distinct carrot taste, a crunch with a juicy element and a bright coloring that looks great on the plate.

Allyance F1 fits the request of growing and market trends perfectly: performant and sustainable in production and enjoyable for consumers.
